You often feel like you're sinking beneath the weight of daily life—even though, on the outside, everything seems fine. You’re the kind of person who longs to go deeper, to better understand yourself and the story that shaped you. You’re seeking a life with less anxiety and more intentional presence.
It can feel safer to stay closed off—to avoid your inner experience and settle into the discomfort you already know. I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe enough to slowly lower those defenses. My first goal when we begin is to create a sense of trust in our relationship—so that being honest, open, and cared for can start to feel more natural.
In our work together, I bring empathy and curiosity, offering space to look at the beliefs you've been holding about who you are. I hope to help you uncover your values—and support you in gaining clarity about the unseen parts of yourself that shape your thinking, choices, and relationships.
Therapy, to me, is a place for change—not for staying stuck. I’ll often ask clients, “Can I gently challenge you on that?” I want you to feel held and encouraged while you begin to release the patterns and behaviors that have kept you feeling overwhelmed or confined.

I’ve had times in my life when vulnerability felt too risky. The more I tried to appear perfect—the more isolated and disconnected I became. I truly get how powerful it is to be fully yourself in spaces where you feel safe. I also understand the bravery it takes to show up that way. I want to help you deepen your self-understanding, speak your truth—and feel safer in your connections. I’ll support you in learning tools to shift from feeling fearful and stuck to confident and connected. Ultimately, you’ll move toward a life where you can be fully present and aligned with what matters most to you.
