MY APPROACH

Helping you through the balance of compassion, humor, curiosity, and sincerity.

You often feel like you're sinking beneath the weight of daily life—even though, on the outside, everything seems fine. You’re the kind of person who longs to go deeper, to better understand yourself and the story that shaped you. You’re seeking a life with less anxiety and more intentional presence.

It can feel safer to stay closed off—to avoid your inner experience and settle into the discomfort you already know. I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe enough to slowly lower those defenses. My first goal when we begin is to create a sense of trust in our relationship—so that being honest, open, and cared for can start to feel more natural.

In our work together, I bring empathy and curiosity, offering space to look at the beliefs you've been holding about who you are. I hope to help you uncover your values—and support you in gaining clarity about the unseen parts of yourself that shape your thinking, choices, and relationships.

Therapy, to me, is a place for change—not for staying stuck. I’ll often ask clients, “Can I gently challenge you on that?” I want you to feel held and encouraged while you begin to release the patterns and behaviors that have kept you feeling overwhelmed or confined.

Curious if I might be the right therapist for you?

You’ve been managing things alone for a while, but now you’re ready for support. You’ve spent time reflecting on your thoughts, and you’ve tried working on your relationship, yet you keep hitting a wall. It’s easy to get caught up in analyzing how you think—which can create awareness without real change or growth. I know each person’s journey is unique, so I take a flexible approach that helps you understand your thoughts, navigate emotions, and feel more present in your body. This opens the door to a deeper, more connected relationship with yourself.

I’m a collaborative therapist who shows up with empathy and honesty. My aim is for you to leave sessions feeling heard and supported—but also gently challenged to stretch and grow. Together, we’ll explore the ways you relate to yourself and those around you—letting go of outdated patterns and making room for more genuine, fulfilling connections.

I’ve had times in my life when vulnerability felt too risky. The more I tried to appear perfect—the more isolated and disconnected I became. I truly get how powerful it is to be fully yourself in spaces where you feel safe. I also understand the bravery it takes to show up that way. I want to help you deepen your self-understanding, speak your truth—and feel safer in your connections. I’ll support you in learning tools to shift from feeling fearful and stuck to confident and connected. Ultimately, you’ll move toward a life where you can be fully present and aligned with what matters most to you.

Specialties

Partner Therapy

Many partners discover they’re trapped in familiar patterns of conflict, unable to connect through compassion, clarity, or progress. I support couples in slowing down, uncovering their attachment styles more thoroughly, and designing a path toward steadier, respectful, and effective conversations throughout the relationship.

Work-Related Anxiety

Work takes a central role in life, yet it often brings stress, doubt, and unease. High demands, tough coworkers, and imposter syndrome can wear you out. Together, we’ll examine these issues and create tools to help you build a healthier, more balanced connection with work.

Relationship Anxiety

Many partners find themselves caught in the same ongoing patterns, working hard to reach a place of clarity, repair, or resolution. I guide couples to slow down, explore their attachment patterns more intentionally, and build a framework for more steady, supportive, and effective communication throughout their relationship.

Self-Esteem

Many partners find themselves trapped in the same repeated arguments, struggling to reach a place of clarity, healing, or resolution. I help couples slow down, explore their attachment dynamics on a deeper level, and create a roadmap for more consistent, healthy, and productive communication within the relationship.
